Website care · who it's for
A website isn't finished the day it goes live. Software needs updating, backups need to exist before something breaks, and every business has changes to make: a new service, new opening hours, a better photo. Website care is our monthly website maintenance plan where we look after all of that, so you don't have to remember it.
It's for any site we've built, and our website maintenance covers businesses in and near Batemans Bay, NSW, and further afield, all by text and email. If your site was built by someone else, we can often take it on, and it starts with a look. We check the site over, tell you plainly what's there and what we're able to take on, and you decide from there. We'd rather say no to something we can't look after properly than say yes and let you down.

You'll see the care plan quoted beside the build every time, so you know what it is from the start. It's your choice whether to take it. Send us a text or email and we'll reply with the plan priced for your site.

Looked after
We keep the software your site runs on up to date, so a known security hole doesn't sit open for months. We keep backups, so if something does go wrong there's a recent copy to go back to. We look after the hosting your site lives on. And we make the changes you send us: new wording, a new price list, a swapped photo, up to the time your plan includes.
Made for you
Each month you also get your design tile or credits, made to suit your brand, ready to post. Then once a year on Care Basic, or each quarter on Care Plus, we check how the site is going and send you a plain-English health report.

Not in care
We'd rather you knew now than found out later. Care doesn't include paid advertising, which is quoted separately. It doesn't include a new website or a redesign, which are a new job. Hosting for anything we didn't build is quoted separately too, and so is any work that goes past the time your plan includes. If you're not sure whether something is covered, ask us first and we'll tell you before we do it.

Yes, with no notice period. You pay to the end of your current billing month, which is counted from your go-live date. Within 14 days of leaving, we give you a full copy of your site and its content at no charge.

Email or text us straight away. We'll look into it and reply within the time your plan promises, counted in business days. The hosting is ours to look after, so you're not chasing a third party.

We'd like to look first. If you want to edit your own site, our in-house setup is what we'd suggest before WordPress. If you're set on WordPress, we'll talk it through and quote it separately.

You own your website and its content, and your domain stays in your name. We look after it for you. If you ever leave, you take it with you.

Care Basic is answered within 48 hours and Care Plus within 24 hours, counted on business days. Our work runs Monday to Friday.
